There are refunds. However, there is no refund after payment for a training program, membership subscriptions or conference has been made. Therefore it is important to review your decision thoroughly before making payment.  We will be glad to allow you to change from one training program to another program within 10 days after making payment for the original or initial training program.  With this, payment for any difference between the two different training programs will be needed. If the fee for the new training program you are changing to is less than the initial training program, we will also be glad to give you a refund.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website.

Our training certificates are not in anyway replacements for any needed academic certificates. Our training programs, however, equip trainees or participants with the needed experience which is ingrained in our training environments. GOOGPro post-graduate training certificates e.t.c. are issued as proof and confirmation on the holder’s participation in a particular GOOGPro training program.

Generally, our training programs and certificate issuance are meant to assist participants to add a form of a simulated experience to their existing academic qualification which goes far in helping them secure their dream jobs in the global oil and gas industry. You are advised to reconsider your decision to train with GOOGPro by considering institutions that offer academic oil and gas programs if you are interested in academic education and certifications.
